Properties

Dard colored and low astringency mimosa wattle. Seta RC is indicated for tannage and retannage of vegetable leathers and chrome leathers. In the vegetable tannage allows a very fast process due to its high penetration, resulting in a final article with brown color. In the retannage generates leather with excellent fullness and quite tight grain. Provides good buffing and embrossing property and better yield of dark color dyeings, especially in brown and black colors. Seta RC is free from PCP and its derivates.

Application

As initial extract in the vegetable tanning, we recommend to apply from 5 to 10% on the limed weight. as the only tanning vegetable extract for soles, we recommend to use from 40 to 50% on the limed weight and in case of full vegetable and light soles, use from 25 to 35%. In the retanning of wet-blue, especially in light colors, we recommend to use from 5 to 25% on the shaved weight.
