Properties
Seta Supersol Light is produced from a special selection of very fresh mimosa wattle bark in order to offer a very light color mimosa wattle extract. Seta Supersol Light is indicated for tannage and retannage of vegetable leathers and chrome leathers. In the vegetable tannage allows a very fast process due to its high penetration, resulting in a final article with very light color. Its is suitable for tanning and retanning of vegetable leathers, providing good fullness with excellent buffing and embossing property. It can be used in any formulation and system (pits, paddles and drums). Seta Supersol Light is free from PCP and its derivates.
Application
As initial extract in the vegetable tanning, we recommend to apply from 5 to 10% on the limed weight. as the only tanning vegetable extract for soles, we recommend to use from 40 to 50% on the limed weight and in case of full vegetable and light soles, use from 25 to 35%. In the retanning of wet-blue, especially in light colors, we recommend to use from 5 to 25% on the shaved weight.
