Properties

Seta SF-1 is a stuffing auxiliary composed by special materials, carefully selected to promote its maximum absorption by the leather. Used during the retanning process for chrome, vegetable and combination leathers, Seta SF-1 promote light break, iniformity and buffing properties and buffing prpperties as well as promotes a sosfty, silky and roundness feel. Due to its remarkable selective penetration, Seta SF-1 reduces significantly the looseness specially in the flanks and bellies areas. Seta SF-1 does not need pH lowering or any kind of adjustment for fixation via precipitation, for the this reason, Seta SF-1 may be applied in a wide range of pH.

Application

Seta SF-1 is recommended to be added in low float in order to speed up product absorption. The optimal exhaustion is is obtained after 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the application conditions, such as mechanical action. After this period float may be increased if neccessary for the following steps.
Suggestion of Application:
2 to 6% on the shaved weight.

Packing

Polyethylene bags with 25kg on pallets of 1.100 kg.
